This review is for Milliard Tri Folding Mattress, with Ultra Soft Removable Cover and Non-Slip Bottom, (Single 75" x 25"). I noticed absolutely NO odd odors upon unwrapping the mattress. it takes a day to expand to its full size. There's no getting it back into the shipping box should you decide to return it! When folded into thirds, it stands on its edge for compact storage. it is light enough to move easily. The cover that comes with it is soft and pleasant to the touch, but not sufficient to protect it. I suggest a dust cover for storage, and bed linens for usage. I use twin size sheets. They are too wide, but good length. Even though it is only 3" thick, it's quite comfortable and supportive for this plus size middle aged lady. It's amply sized for back and side sleeping. If you like to sprawl, I recommend you get the next size up. The foam it is made from is quite nice, not to be confused with upholstery foam sold in craft stores. It's dense, yet light in weight. When I lie on it, my hips sink into the foam, but my back is supported. I don't feel the floor at all. It does put pressure on the shoulders, something to think about if your shoulders have medical issues. The mattress is quite warm. That's good for winter, but frankly I doubt it will be comfortable in the summer. Protecting the mattress from sweat, etc. is your job as the included mattress cover will not do that.
