I am 5 ft 7in and I weigh between 138-146lbs. My hip/gluteus circumference is 40.5in compressed in the leggings and like 41.5in not naturally. My legs are like 36in from hip bone to ankle measured from the side of my leg. They barely fit me. I definitely have to work hard to get them to fit me. Once they're on they're warm and I can move around in them without any weird uncomfortable feelings. If you're taller than me or weigh more than me I wouldn't recommend these sizes. I got the medium option on here.
