I’ve read a few 1 star reviews and noticed the same thing they did. They were all frustrated that the app’s instructions says to connect Bluetooth toothbrush to the app. I have the same toothbrush they have. It is the manual one with no Bluetooth. You need to download the correct app for this one to work. It is the “hum kids by colgate” app. It works perfect with this toothbrush. I made the same error as they all did by downloading the adult version. That version is “hum by colgate”. This is the wrong one. It was very frustrating for 10 minutes or so. I figured maybe this review could help in the future since no one else had provided this explanation for a simple problem. Maybe the other folks might try this out again Idk. Overall it is a great product when used with proper application. My kids love it. They now look forward to brushing.
