I love this product, been using it for about 6 years now and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. I used to have severe anxiety and panic attacks. I found out that I was very deficient in vitamins d3 and b12, and learned that being low in those 2 cause your nervous system to get out of whack which leads to anxiety, depression, and panic. I started taking these vitamins, along with the b12 sublingual and d3 supplements and after a few months I was actually able to function. Highly recommended for anyone who may be suffering from anxiety or depression.
