Almost the same, but not exactly
I love the concept , just push , turn, lift and dispense. While I found the device works it is really not the same as in the original “Thrifty Drug and Discount Store” model. It is has two probes in the middle of the cylinder that leave holes in the ice cream scoop. How do I know? I worked for Thrifty Drug and Discount Store where your dollar buys you more while attending college. I scooped a lot of tiered ice cream and this model is just not the same.
