I love the texture of this bra it does give me great support I however did get a size smaller then my actual size 38ddd due to the reviews that it ran big I would suggest you get your actually size before going higher or lower then what you wear that's just my opinion as you will see in the pic I have a bit of side boob going on but that is due to the fact I went a size down in what I normally get 36dd all in all though the tightness does make it a little better for jumping and running so I think I made out pretty good
