Like the mower but gave four stars because the packing is poor. The battery charger and batteries were loose and bumping around in the box. Fortunately for me no damage. Additionally, the mower wheels are jammed up next to the sides of the box and could be damaged due to rough handling. So check closely upon removing. Putting it together is easy albeit I accidentally allowed one side of the handle to locate its locking pin in a lower hole offsetting the handle. Typically turning the pin’s handle will release however these jam pretty tight when offset and you need a large screwdriver to separate. Anyway the mower works perfectly! Both batteries charged successfully and when used there was little noise, no messing with gas, no pulling to start and no hot engine. It had no problems. In deep grass it struggled (just like my old gas mower) and slowed (to be expected) and the spool back time to full rotation was a few seconds. Bagging is a snap and a lot easier than my old Honda. Used it at least 30 mins and no issues. Battery life seemed pretty adequate and the key with Lithium batteries is not to allow them to discharge completely and overheating can be problematic although 30 mins cutting in 90 degree plus temps the battery did not feel too warm. Overall I love it and now wondering why it took me so long to convert to electric.
