My son saved up for months to buy this mattress, and used my account so his wife would be surprised. It was finally shipped right before Father's Day, and they had it laid out on the floor while they went to the beach to celebrate the day. While they were gone, their Angora Goat snuck out of her enclosure, walked up on the deck through the lower level of the house, up the stairs and right into their bedroom. They then proceeded to pee and poop on the new mattress, only days old. The family came home to discover the ruined mattress. The next day his wife called Tuft & Needle to see if there was anything she could put on the mattress to get rid of the pee. The amazing customer service agent couldn't believe the story, and offered to not only send them a brand new mattress, but also to get someone to come pickup the old pee stained one. Days later they also received a care package with 2 mugs, coffee and tea, and a bandana for the goat Karina. The next day the mattress showed up, and later that day the truck showed up to take away the old mattress. We all were blown away by how Tuft & Needle handled the situation, and in the end help save a goats life. We can't say enough about this company, as we love the new mattress, but are still amazed at how these guys went above and beyond in their customer service and how they chose to deal with this whole situation. They deserve 10 stars!
