True to size or get 1 size smaller. It's under your clothes so you cant go wrong It does have some stretch to it. This is absolutely better than expected. I love it and being a tall girl (5'10") I dont have to worry about dresses being too short anymore! For tighter skirts or dresses this product bunches oddly in the back but if the dress is loose it looks great!
