I have been battling with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) for about 3 years or so now. Despite being careful in what I eat, drink or do, I still suffer from its symptoms. I have tried so many things from changing my diet, changing my eating habits, drinking supplements or even medicines but nothing seems to work effectively. Even when I stick to eating healthy food throughout a week, I would still get alternating diarrhea and constipation when I go to the toilet. Abdominal cramps bother me most of the time and it's extremely painful whenever I loose bowel with mucus-like stuff in it. So far, this Women's Probiotic is the only product I have tried that seem to be taming my IBS symptoms. I'm not sure if it's because this one has the highest count of CFUs among other probiotics I've tried in the past or what, it just works! Taking this product for 3 weeks, my bowel movement has started to become regular. I have stopped experiencing diarrhea. I'm able to excrete more of the common looking, light brown stool and for about or almost a foot long. I also have not had any constipation so I'm really liking this product!! I am no longer bloated and I don't feel extremely and uncomfortably full even when eating just a small portion of my meal so I can say it has taken care of my indigestion. Surprisingly, there seems to be a difference on the smell when I'm passing off my gas. It used to be smelly and embarrassing! But now, I can tell, there's a huge difference on my gas smell then and now. This one, I really had to research on because I didn't expect this improvement at all. Well apparently, extremely foul smelling gas is an indication of bacterial imbalance. So now, I can tell that this product has taken care of balancing my gut flora. P.S. The product came the following day which is surprising as I'm experiencing delays in some of my other stuff. My order came well wrapped and sealed with no dents at all. Upon opening the bottle there was no stench unlike my previous brands that reeked of it. The capsules are relatively small so if you have difficulty swallowing large tablents and capsules, the capsule size for this one should not bother you.
