Good toy!!
So we have a rottie that chews EVERYTHING to pieces. He's chewed Chuckit tennis balls to pieces, removes the felt in seconds on tennis balls, can devour a bone in a couple hours....needless to say, we were quite skeptical when we gave him this ball. I figured it would be a waste of monies and we'd be picking up "glow in the dark" chunks out of the yard (or at least in his poop. On a positive note, at least we could see his poop in the middle of the night if needs be!!).
It was no surprise when he took to the ball and played fetch with it for as long as he could. He laid down and chewed on it. He walked around the house with it in his mouth chewing on it. He brought it to bed chewing on it (I think he likes the rubber sound it makes when it squeeks in between his teeth or rubs on his hard palate). To this day, no chunks are missing, no cracks noted, it still glows, and he LOVES it. It is his preferred toy. The only problem is; when we take it on walks or go for rides, he hangs his head out the window and has a tendency to drop the ball. Ixnay with him taking the ball on rides.
In summation, if you're looking for a toy that'll keep your pup entertained, I highly recommend this little gem. I've recommended it to friends with the same positive results that we've had. It also will fit in the chuck it handle meaning you can launch it for at least a quarter mile with the whir of the air going through the holes (slight exhaggeration on the distance, but not the whistle). For $10 or less, you'll have a great toy for your dog...and sanity if needs be.
