I`m korean and I'm writing this because it seems no one here knows how to control the amount of suger of the stick. When you cut one side of the stick(where there is a sign which says "EASY CUT" in English) and pour it to your cup, just hold gently the other side of the stick with your finger. There is sign there which says "sugar control" in Korean. Most of the suger in the stick is there, so you can control it. Every Korean knows how to do it.
