Love it, love it, love it - I had bought the Bissel pet spot bot and loved it, but decided to get the cleaner to do the whole carpet. This has brushes that get right up against the wall. At first I wasn't sure about the all in one bladder situation, but once you see it, you understand it better. It is so easy to use. The beater bar really does a good job of getting the dirt up. I also found it helpful to go over the carpet once with the detergent you buy for the carpet cleaner and then a second time with a water/vinegar solution to rinse the carpet. My husband use to work as a professional carpet cleaner and he always said that you never want to leave the detergent in the carpet because it just attracts dirt later on. You always want to give it a rinse and vinegar water will give it a nice rinse getting the soap out and leaving the carpet nice and fluffy. It also takes out any smell that might be there and if you have any pet that likes to mark, it takes out any smell they may have left before, so there is less of a chance they will go back to their old marking spot. Anyway, worked out well for me.
