These earbuds work and sound great—but only if you aren't an Apple user. These earbuds are really two separate single earbuds. Each shows up on an Apple phone, tablet or computer as a separate device. These don't pair with each other like virtually all other stereo earbuds do. To be able to use these, your phone, tablet or computer must support two separate Bluetooth audio connections. Apple only allows this with its own Bluetooth devices. These won't work with Apple products. Any report claiming otherwise is fake. If you're using an Android device, you're fine. Why doesn't the seller mention this fact? You'd have to ask them.
