I had been looking for a multistrain prebiotic with prebiotics for a while and then I stumbled across InnovixLabs. I read up on their company and looked into the strains included in their product and decided I found what I was looking for. I love how this product has strains that are correlated with benefitting a variety of body systems and not just the standard strains found in most other brands. I've been using this brand for over a year now and I have seen major improvements in, not just my digestive system, but my allergies are far better than before and I feel more cognitively alert. I keep mine in the fridge. When I first started taking them, it was everyday. Now that I've established a solid prebiotic biome, I take them every couple of days. If I get sick, I'll take them daily until I feel more balanced. I highly recommend buying this one!
