This bag is is not only great quality, it’s also very durable for a standing kickboxing bag. I’m the attached video, I hammered this bag for about 45 minutes and it barely budged. If you’re concerned about the bag moving a lot DO NOT fill it with water, there no way water will hold this bag sturdy. I filled the base with 270 lbs of Quikrete sand. Kitty litter and play sand may not be dense enough for the base if you plan to deliver some heavy punches and kicks. After every bag, make sure to shake the base as much as you can, to make sure the sand is leveled. If you don’t, the sand will be unleveled when filled, and will cause the bag to move while hitting
