You have been warned. I had started taking these after only drinking fruit smoothies for three days... OK so after the first two days of taking this I started having serious headaches almost so bad that I had to lay down or I’d want to throw up, but then on the fourth, fifth, six night, I had the craziest dreams. It was so real, so vivid and loud with color . On the tenth day the headaches started to lighten up and I started seeing images of something as if there was someone else in the room with me. So yes I love this
