Clarification
I would like to explain why this product contains maltodextrin and can't be considered organic. It is made of pure spray dried acerola cherries. That's where the perfectly even texture comes in. The cherry pulp/juice is combined with maltodextrin and then aerated, forming the powder. The technique doesn't allow it to be certified organic. Unless you can make it to South America and eat the raw cherries within 3 days of harvest, you won't find a better or more natural acerola product. Mountain Rose Herbs sells a good version at a lower cost than Healthforce, though. You can also get organic amla powder, but it won't dissolve in a beverage. No, I don't work for anyone. I just get annoyed at uninformed people disparaging a perfectly good product.
