Thermal control is useless, unit gets unuseably hot within seconds of powering on even on lowest temperature setting. EDIT: I contacted the seller about my previous issue and they were extremely helpful. It was maybe a 5 minute phone call, and the new unit was in the mail that day. no extra charge to me, and it was shipped via 2-day UPS. I was initially VERY upset with my purchase, but after the amazing customer support and help getting me back to work i cannot do anything but recommend them as a supplier.
