***edited review*** We got this for our daughter for christmas. Less than a month later, after only being played with a few times, it would only work properly in the music mode. Otherwise, it was like it has a short in the touch pad. It changed what it was saying before it finished, like someone was pushing a bunch of buttons, even though nobody was touching it. "V is for---D is---X is---G is for" etc. It just kept going and going and going. It wouldn't stop no matter what mode it was in other than music mode. We tried switching sheets, cleaned the buttons with a damp rag thinking maybe they were sticky...nothing helped. It even turned itself on when nobody is in the room and did this until someone goes and shuts it off. After getting in touch with fetch customer service, which was a bit frustrating, we have fixed the problem. I tried multiple times for 2 days to send emails and always got an error, so I ended up having to call the customer service number. They sent me an email with a troubleshoot idea, and stated they would replace it if it didn't work. Luckily, it worked. If anyone else has this problem, try taking the batteries out, hold down the power button for 30 seconds and put the batteries back in. My daughter loves it, and we are much happier now that it's working properly.
