So, I've been using this particular essential oil now for a week. My reasons behind the purchase were initially one fold. I suffer from anxiety and I am always looking for an edge to continue fighting this mental disorder while staying medication free. The results are fantastic. It is dramatic what the use of lavender does in being able to provide me this edge. This particular essential oil is therapeutic grade and USDA certified organic. The oil allows for me to be calm without the typical side effects which normally come from a calmly agent....ie fatigue and energy loss. I am finding that it's actually a mood enhancer. I brightens my mood tremendously. I've carried it everywhere I've been and I'll be purchasing additional bottles to place in my car and work bag. Now initially I mentioned that I made this purchase for one reason and that was because of my anxiety. The second fold that I was unaware that I'd benefit from is my sleep quality. WOW does this oil make an enormous impact on this!! I also suffer from Fibro Malaysia and have had a complete and total inability to get quality and quantity of sleep. I am now sleeping a whole 8hrs which I haven't been able to do for a long while. I'd like to add that this oil is very strong which I am sure is a tribute to the high quality of the oil. Because of this you do not have to use much to get the effects that you're looking for. These effects will be noticed withing 5min. I hope this helps with your purchase decision.
