I deal with some pretty bad metatarsal pain along with Bunions and crooked toes. Until I can afford the surgery, I'm pretty much bandaging myself up with things like this so that I can keep up my rigid physical exercise. These work much better than other options and they stay in place inside of my shoe. They keep my crooked toes from overlapping and my bunion pain to a minimal amount (see picture). With these on as you see in the picture, I can even walk on my hardwood floors without pain, and that's saying a lot!
