Super evil tasting - I have to say that this stuff _really_ stops me biting my nails (although I've progressed to picking them). The other regular nail biting stuff is garbage by comparison. This stuff tastes awful and stays with you for half an hour after the slightest taste. 2 things to note: 1) It leaves your nails shiny. Your colleagues at work will look at you strangely. I apply it to the skin around the nails and not the nails themselves - that helps. 2) If you are going to be cooking, don't put it on for at least 6 hours before. Then wash your hands with soap and even then, be super careful not to touch the food directly. It comes off and makes everything taste ick. What do you expect ? That's it's job !
