I can not find a single thing wrong with these headphones. I work outside around loud equipment and can still hear every word crystal clear from the podcasts I listen to, as well as every note of any music, even classical! I also have not had them fall out for ANY reason, though I am constantly moving myself. Great fit, great custom accessories, and the customer service is exceptional. If you need reliable bt headphones, look no further. You are going to LOVE these. I have run through about four of the cheaper ones, and this just made me a lifetime customer of the Phaiser brand. Would obviously recommend them to anyone. Update: So within the three months I've had them... battery dies in less than an hour, the left side is cutting in and out, and even fully charged it shuts off for no reason. I've taken good care of them, only to have to buy regular corded headphones. Contacted Phaiser Customer Support, and had a replacement in 3 days, no questions asked. Well done, Phaiser. Well done. Needless to say, I will not buy any other brand going forward.
