My 10 year old cat was literally dying because she could not eat and was getting too weak to drink. She was getting palliative, hospice type care but I didn't want her to starve to death. I searched for high calorie nutritionally sound feline supplemental food that required the smallest amount to compensate for her lack of eating. I came across this and decided to give it a try. My cat was so sick I had to use a feeding syringe to get it into her but she tolerated it and sure enough it was enough to get her to gain weight and strength and start eating again best she can. Turns out she has Horner's Syndrome and half her face is paralyzed. Without this she would have died. I'm so thankful I found this product. Oh, by the way, there is enough product in the packaging to feed an entire herd of cats and the price is quite affordable (it's actually a very convenient giant syringe that makes accessing the product a breeze and with zero mess). I still give her a little bit every few days because it's keeping her fur beautiful shiney and soft. She's still adapting and hopefully will continue to get better but honestly, without this product she didn't stand a chance.
