My charger actually arrived in an open box - the box wasn't closed and the charger was sticking out. It's advertised as new, so that was a bit of surprise for me. Usually new items are sealed with tape or some other way. The charger seems to work fine so I'm keeping it (I don't want to go through the hassle of the return), but I was disappointed by that. Update: The YCCTEAM customer service folks made this right. They were very responsive. The charger is working as expected so I'm updating my review for it.
