UPDATE! Take the recommended dosage on the bottle!!!!
I posted a question to which nobody has answered. Find the answer to this burning question in this (long) review... "Has anyone found that taking LESS than the recommended dosage to be effective?" Honestly, I do not eat 3 full meals a day. This product tells you to TAKE WITH FOOD (not recommends but literally TELLS you to take it with food -- even in a separate email after purchase with the headline "Warnings & Instructions"). After receiving this email, I knew it was important to take with food but wasn't quite sure why. Would it make me sick if not? Hmm... so I did even more research before taking them. I am very weird about taking supplements and usually buy these things but never take them out of fear. So, I decided to actually read every single review and question posted about this product to get a clearer picture of what I was getting myself into. After reading all the reviews, I did EVEN MORE research on the ingredients. Having been well versed on what to expect and found answers to all my questions, I was ready. Here is how my experience with this product went.
I'll start with this, the reason I purchased this product was because I had suspected pinworms. I am a teacher and when I started having odd symptoms (itchy bottom at night was a new one), I decided to do a little probing (pun intended) and questioned one student who I noticed a little more squirmy than her usual self. My suspicion was right! Learning about this HIGHLY contagious and extremely common problem among younger school children made me certain I got pinworms from my student who had them. Mind you before this, I never even knew these things existed. Long are the days where I thought you couldn't get anything from a toilet seat. Pshhh, please! I am WAY more cautious now. However, here is the most interesting part...after I took Reese's Pinworm Medicine, things felt better for a few days. I pulled out all the stops and did everything I was supposed to during this period, and then continued to do these things for a period of 4 weeks! I even took the 2nd dose of Reese's after 2 weeks when I started noticing NEW symptoms. Instead of itchy bottom, I started feeling things "moving". This, I knew was not normal which is what made me do more research on different types of intestinal parasites. I had no idea how common they are, even in the United States where most people are naive about it. I am well traveled via cruises once a year (most recent being March 2017). I've eaten plenty of raw oysters and seafood in my life and about 4 months ago, I ate some very questionable meat. Yikes! As you can tell where I'm going with this, I started suspecting I had other intestinal parasites. I felt I did have pinworms, and taking that suspension medicine killed them off but aggravated the "others". Those were probably lurking in my intestines for months or longer. most symptoms of parasites go unnoticed or misdiagnosed ALL THE TIME. Therefore, I did some searching and came across IntestinePro. Made my purchase and hoped for the best.
Symptoms (prior to taking IntestinePro):
Extreme Fatigue/No Energy
Dark Purple/Red Under Eyes (only in the corners spreading to the center -- never had this problem before April 2017)
Constipation (unless I took Aloe Pills daily)
Year-Long Allergies (started in 2015 -- never before that)
Skin Problems on Butt Cheeks (never a single bump or pimple in that "area" before 2015 in my entire life!)
Skin Crawling (seriously! got real bad right before I took Reese's)
Irritability and Sensitivity to Light & Sound (weird huh?)
Memory Problems/Head Fog/Couldn't focus for the life of me (even after an increase in med dosage for my ADD -- nothing worked)
Symptoms (while taking InstestinPro):
Lingering Headache (first few days)
Loss of Appetite (first few days)
Constipation
Sleepless Nights and Even Darker Purple/Red Under Eyes (which I fully believe were "die-off" symptoms)
Feeling of Intestinal Blockage (this is the best I can describe it, like a baseball trying to move through the intestines -- however, I saw why after going to the bathroom)
Gas/Bloating (until having a bowl movement)
Burping (right after taking them)
"MY" dosage on the first round (it is recommended to take 2 pills 3 times a day -- which was simply WAYYYY too much for me -- UPDATE! Lesson learned!)
I took two pills on an empty stomach immediately BEFORE eating breakfast. Remember I said I did research as to why you should eat with them? First and foremost, you will be doing yourself a favor by avoiding a headache, and second there is a bigger purpose behind this reason. The most important dose is in the morning on an empty stomach with lots of water and food immediately after so the pills get pushed into the small intestine as soon as possible. This is the most effective method I've found so far without taking the full recommended dosage. Then, I took only 1 more (same method) right before lunch or dinner...whichever it was that day. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm sure it would have been even more effective taking the "recommended dosage" on the bottle, but when I started noticing results, I simply didn't. However, I plan on doing a second round of this anyway. I did this method for 10 days. What I saw come out was jaw dropping!! I knew I wasn't crazy!! I saw THEM come out every time, with the most around day 7.
All in all, THIS STUFF WORKS! It works even if you do not feel comfortable taking the full recommended dosage, but you may need a second round if so. I am so happy I did this! Oh, one more thing....ALL OF THE SYMPTOMS STATED ABOVE ARE NONEXISTENT!! Every single one of them...gone.
UPDATE: A few days later I started experiencing symptoms again. A friend of mine told me why. There is a reason you are supposed to take 2 pills THREE times a day. When you start taking meds/herbs to kill off parasites, they freak out and multiply at a rapid rate (survival skills). This is precisely why you need to take them consistently 3 times a day. I am waiting 2 weeks until I start another round on the FULL RECOMMENDED DOSAGE. I suggest you do the same. Forget the headaches....just do it!
