My 2 year old daughter is so hard to put to bed at night. She screams so loud, it sounds like she's being skinned alive! A friend of mine that is a doTerra rep suggested a blend called Serenity. I bought a sample, mixed it with some fragrance-free lotion, and would give my daughter a little massage every night before bed. I wasn't crazy about the smell, but it did seem to help. However, at $40 for .5 ounces, it wasn't something I could afford to keep doing. I was so excited when I saw that Now oils had a sleep blend! I use a lot of their products and have never been disappointed. I even enjoy the smell! There's a light citrusy aroma, and it's very pleasing and calming. My daughter even asks for her "special lotion" before she goes to bed at night. And it's so much more affordable than other sleep blends I had looked in to. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with this product.
