Great Trike for Special Needs Kids
This Trike was a tiny too big for my son (55") but with a couple inexpensive adjustments it worked out very well. He's autistic and has a hard time riding regular bikes and he grew out of his big wheel long ago.
It seems extremely sturdy and able to hold a lot of weight. Here's the small adjustments:
1. Moved the seat all the way forward so it's secured just by two bolts. This gives about a half an inch more reach to the pedals.
2. Bungied down two kitchen chair cushions to help reach the handle bars.
Just for added fun a bell and a cooler bag for snacks and drinks.
Would be nice to have an option for regular tires on the back as opposed to only the plastic drift tires.
