I am so glad I found this product. I had skin tears and bruises all over my hands and arms. My skin was like tissue paper. I was covered in bandages. I did some research and discover Collagen Peptides may be able to help me. I read a lot of reviews and settled on this brand. Now I am on 3rd canister and 3 months in. My skin has gotten more normal I should say. Not getting skin tears and bruises have faded. One of the first things I noticed was soon after having it in my morning coffee my energy increased. If I miss a day I notice it. I don't think the product claims this but it is my experience. I have CFIDS and energy is always low. An example is after coffee with the collagen I can go get bathed and dressed. Sounds small but it is big with CFIDS. Anyway I can highly recommend this product. I hope you get the good results I got.
