I got the doll and opened it up, I couldnt believe how lifelike the doll felt and the weight was so real. The description said not for children under 14 but I bought it for my 2 year old because it looks just like her when she was a newborn my intentions were to keep it on her dresser until she was older, but the doll is sturdy enough that she cant hurt it and loves to play with it she is so gentle with it i think mostly becase its very lifelike she definitly doesnt treat it like her other dolls. The only complaint I have is when it arrived the hair was really messy even though it had a hair net on. I wish the hair wasnt so fake, but I just keep the hat on it alot. All the accesories were supper cute, I would use them for a real baby. Also a note to future buyers, I went out and bought extra clothes for this baby and going from the size I bought preemie since the doll is a little smaller than a full term baby but the preemie clothes were too tight so I had to return for newborn.
