I usually wear a size 12/14 pants, my waist is 33", and I bought the large. If it had a little elastic piece it would have fit perfectly. However it's a tad loose and sits a little lower than where I want and gets even more loose throughout the day. Its not too bad, may try a medium next time. Would recommend based on quality of material and stitching. Will be buying more!
