Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Just no good and customer service is even worse. Forget about getting your money back. I got a call today from Power xl customer service, totally difference experience, the rep I spoke to was apologetic over the treatment I got, sent me a Fed X return label to for a full refund. I like the way this sealer should work. she restored my confidence in the company. anything you buy you can get a lemon, customer service is important. Thank you!
