This Medline K4 is the Medline model MDS806550E. We've had the wheelchair for five weeks and are perfectly happy. Wife broke her tibia up near the knee. The elevating leg rest (ELR) is essential for her comfort. The arm rests can be rotated up out of the way if needed, for sitting at a table. But we haven't needed to move the arm rests yet. Light enough at 45 lbs. Not feather-light but we are glad to have a sturdy wheelchair. Loads into the back of our Honda CRV. The elevating foot rests unlatch and swing out of the way when entering or exiting the chair. Also these leg rests both come off easily. I take them off when I load the chair into the car. I marked one leg rest with colored tape so that I can identify left from right while I put them back in place. When folding up the chair to put it in the car, the big wheels come together and you pull and fold the seat upward. Keep fingers out of the way when folding up and restoring the seat.
