I recently had to throw away an umbrella I just bought a year because 2 tines had broke and when it opened, it was flat and flappy. So I looked around and saw this one and it had so many things going for it, that I bought it. When I opened it and used it for the first time, I liked that it was water repellent, had much stronger tines, had a thicker and sturdier pole, the grip was rubbery and easy to hold in the hand, and when you push the button to open it, it shoots right open and closed. It's really nice and definitely worth the price so far!
