I have alopecia universal and I wear wigs all day every day and I sleep in them! This keeps my wig in place amazingly! I wear my wig for a few days and I use to use tape and glue, not anymore, it's so comfortable too!! I love it , I can honestly say it's life changing because the tape and glue would break my scalp out so I would have sores on my head it was miserable. Definitely 5 stars 10 if I could!!!!
