I've always been skeptical about getting Robot Vacuums on the account I have a Husky and the fur can get out of control if you don't Vacuum/Sweep daily! I finally decided to just say why not!? So happy i did! Please keep in mind I have all wood floors so my review is only Wood Floor based. Came packaged well in all wrappings in Box brand new, very easy to set up! Snap the 2 brushes no tools needed (not even to empty out the Debris Bin, just pull up on the top like a trash can lid and pull the sucker out), Just follow the manual make sure to have some room between the charging dock so the Robot can find its way back home easier. Love that you can set the timer on it for when you want the critter to go eat. I did an initial test by setting a patch of fur from my Husky and it ate that fur up clean! It has manual control so you can move the vacuum wherever you want throughout the floor. Adjustable wheels so it can climb high elevations like wood floor to carpet etc (watch out for stairs and ledges, it may fall off!). All in all very happy with my purchase and only wish I would of got this sooner! Cons: none really, it does it's job and makes my life a tad easier because every dog owner knows, its a pain sweeping and vacuuming daily lol. ONLY cons i might have and this can just be my own personal opinions, are it's slightly on the loud side but not to the point i can't function. Also the Debris Box that you empty out is small so you must dump it out every or every other cleaning. No problem, hey if that's the case you can manually vacuum am I right? :)
