I am a former drug addict. Other than alcohol, and weed my drug of choice was xanax. A LOT of xanax. I honestly don't even know how I am alive. Even after 9 years of sobriety my system is still messed up from the heavy xanax abuse. Stress, anxiety, and being on edge and irritable. I have tried many things, some which work pretty good but I was still left with the on edge feeling causing irritability. I decided I would try L-Theanine and I am so glad that I did. About 15 minutes after consuming it I am calm and relaxed. This product has been a game changer for me.
