It saved my nose ring.
My nose ring had developed a keloid and was infected. A co-worker suggested H2Ocean because it had worked for 2 of her friends. I ordered it with 2 day shipping and started using hydrogen peroxide in the meantime to clean out the infection. These 2 photos were taken 5 days apart.
