Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have to say that this is the best tool in my cleaning arsenal! I am preparing to move out of a home at the end of my lease and thought I would have to spend hours scrubbing the house in an effort to get it back to how it was when we moved in 5 years ago; I even considered hiring a cleaning service to get it sparkling clean but am so glad I found this product online and bought it instead. It is FANTASTIC, the attachments are easy to change and make quick work of hard to get to places and a variety of surfaces. It was easy to use and I was steaming within five minutes of opening the box, that EASY! I was worried when I got the unit out of the box that the water tank would be too small and would require refilling too often but was surprised to find that the water supply capacity was perfect for the types of jobs I wanted to tackle with the handheld unit. I was able to clean the oven using just one fill. I used a tank on the kitchen sink and counters. When it needed refilling it took 2-3 minutes to heat new water and be ready to use. I'll never NOT clean without it; it made things so much easier, I didn't have to use strong smelling chemicals to get things done like I would have had to without it. I'm sold for life!
