Love this tea. Been drinking a cup in the morning and evening and after one week, I can already tell it’s helping with allergies and water retention. Hopefully it will eventually help with joint pain and hair growth. I also make a hair spritz with it by steeping with fresh rosemary. Works better than mousse tor me. My hair looks fuller and shinier. Tastes good also, I only put a bit of stevia in it and it’s quite pleasant. Another reviewer said don’t believe the “lies” posted here about the this tea having good flavor. That statement is hyperbolic in my opinion but to each their own. Judge for yourself. I am very satisfied with the results.
