Got this literally an hour ago. Used preset, used rotating basket, turned on the light and made chicken nuggets. Perfect. Turned around to put it 2nd batch and the machine was as dead as a doorknob. A lot of trouble to wash, dry, prep the accessories just for the machine to die instantly. 4/6/2020 The customer service from this company is outstanding. I am awaiting a replacement unit at no charge to me. I appreciate their effort to make it right.
