So I started using this product about a week ago and didn't really know what to expect. I started feeling lethargic and was getting chills and could not warm up to save my life! My muscles were sore for no reason that I thought I had the flu. But wait...it gets better, my feet and ankles start itching with no relief! So I looked up what happens during a candida cleanse and my symptoms were there! Chills, tired, sore muscles, itching or rashy skin are all symptoms of die off! Now, I'm taking benadryl before bed and will continue to take this product because obviously the bad guys (candida) are fighting a good fight!
