I've broken my review up into different aspects of the product experience: 1. UNPACKING Every part was in an individual numbered plastic bag, and they supported the sheet metal with strips of wood. However. there were many dents in the sheet metal cover. Three corners were bent considerably, and there was a pretty big bulge in the middle of one of the flat panels. It wasn't worth it to me to send it back for a replacement, so I just straitened the panels with a hammer :) 2. CONSTRUCTING I'd love to say that the instructions were super easy to follow, but they weren't. My camera stopped recording a couple of key moments where I had to disassemble and reassemble to get things right. If they would have just included some close-up views of the tricky sections and split a few of the complicated steps into 2 or 3 steps, it would have been easier. I'm confident that most people would be able to get things together, but most will be frustrated with the instructions more than once. I also had one bolt that was defective, and had to spend an additional $1.89 at the local hardware store to finish the project. Not impossible, but inconvenient. Please enjoy the time lapse video of my son and me putting it together. 3. EXERSIZING This is where the product shines. It is super easy to adjust, easy to use. I'm 6'2", my wife is 5'3", and we both can use it. We're happy with the finished product. SUMMARY I've docked a point from my review since the product came damaged and the inconveniences during the assembly. If you are looking for a good exercise gym that is a little frustrating to assemble, this is your guy!
