Now that I have found this pillow, I can look back and see where tempurpedic (the actual brand) was too firm for me and may have caused me neck pain, which fed my migraines. I tried hotel brand pillows (none of them are used at the hotel, btw, the good ones are just well made with the same stuff the hotel uses) after positive hotel experiences. I have found pillows that were great for a minute, and then just didn't hold up. What sold me was the manufacturer video and a brief live person online chat with customer service. I have no photos that will give you more info than what everyone else has shown. What I actually like, which some people may not, is that the sides of the pillow are still raised enough to be touching my cheeks slightly in the morning. I wanted puff, but not fluff. My husband has had intense neck surgery, and three years afterward, he decided within 20 minutes that it wasn't for him. For me, if the pillow holds up as it seems to be doing, I don't care if I need to buy a new one every year. My head wakes up happy. That alone gives me hope for a better life because I've already used up all of my sick days plus another six months or more lost work due to the horrible migraines I suffer everyday. I did find one other pillow that was in the running, but this was the last one I tried, somewhat reluctantly after spending an easy $500 on my search. The company offers a 100 day trial period with free returns if not satisfied. I felt it was worth the gamble. I call it my happy pillow! One of the "reject" pillows is being returned, but the others I'm using for reading, for under my knees (perfect use for my tempurpedic!), and I'm religiously using this pillow only for sleep at the moment in case it wears down too quickly. I spend more time than I wish to on my bed, so this has become a "thing" I do over the years. Worth noting - these (and my other top find) pillows do enjoy a fluff. The booklet included even tells you how! So, if you have one and it seems to be down (pun intended), grab opposite corners and push in and pull out and get some oxygen in there (repeat using other corners). I believe that this company really does care, and that makes me feel safe. My head hurts a lot, and it hurts everyday. As of today, Casper is my friend. If they are truly the company they seem to be, then I can rest easy.
