I work at a desk 8 hours a day, so sometimes by the end of the day, my back and feet are pretty sore/swollen. I took this to work when I got it and i use it at my desk. It is very ergonomically friendly, relieves pressure off my feet and helps my back extremely well. I love that its memory foam and you can use it either as a stationary or turn it over and use it as a rocker for your feet. Definitely worth buying and using!!!!
