I bought this for my back patio because there were always spiders everywhere. Every time I went outside I had to clean up spider webs before I let my toddler out to play. After placing this device in the outlet (set to infestation (red)because it is outside and I feel like it would work better on max ) I haven’t had any issue with spiders at all! I’ve also noticed more dead bugs laying around. I think the sound is too much for them and they can’t get away fast enough? Not sure but I love it! I don’t have to worry about spiders or any bugs biting my toddler! I do always turn it down to the second setting when I’m out there with my toddler because when it’s on the red (max) setting you can hear a very high pitch sound, it’s not very loud put the frequency is so high you won’t want to stay out there long with it on. I love this product because it actually works and I don’t have to worry about any poison that my toddler could possibly find that was meant for pests. Safe, cost effective, very efficient, and gives me peace of mind. I’m thinking of purchasing another for my garage!
