This is exactly what i needed. Was about to buy the bowflex bench then decided to search a little more and found this guy. The folding up aspect is huge for me since I am pairing this with a fold up PRX performance rack. The size is fine though I wish the shoulder area was a little wider. It feels very sturdy and if you adjust the leg brace part to where your ankles are, I don't find it uncomfortable at all. If anyone is still uncomfortable, you can always buy some foam pipe insulation from your local hardware store to add more padding.
