My teenage son has the earlier version of these headphones and loves them. So do I; they are incredibly comfortable. But the biggest reason I'm writing this review is because of my experience today, when calling Bose about these headphones. I contacted their Customer Service because one of the ear pads was tearing. I submitted a photo and provided the serial number. Although his headphones are 2+ years old, and the one year warranty has passed, the agent offered to send us replacement ear cushions!!!! I didn't even know they were replaceable. It's been 5 hours since I called them, and I've already rec'd an email that my order has shipped. Cost: $0. THAT is Customer Service. And THAT is why I LOVE BOSE.
