Its a pretty umbrella and the color of the sky and clouds is bright and cheery; however, I haven't even had this umbrella for a week and it's already broke. Today was the third time I've used it and the arm/spoke has broken. It is also a little heavier than I expected which lead me to believe it was sturdier. I purchased this umbrella based on all the wonderful reviews. I will be contacting the manufacturer for a replacement and/or a refund through Amazon. I will update this review after I have spoken to customer service. 4/13/2017 Update.... Customer Service is exceptional! I was contacted very soon after my initial review. Apologies were extended and they put a replacement umbrella in the mail immediately. I will purchase from them again based on this experience. 10/7/17 Update: the replacement umbrella also broke and it seems to be in the exact same spot. Contacting customer service today and I'm sure based on my prior experience, it'll be painless BUT do I really want to be reaching out to them every few months because their product broke again?!
